Now Hiring Lawn Care Employees

2 J’s & Sons is now hiring hard-working individuals in Northwest Arkansas. Previous experience is a plus. Experience is however not necessary, we do have on-the-job training for individuals willing to learn with the ability to work hard and show initiative. Those that can work unsupervised and take direction will do well in the green lawn and landscape industry. We currently need lawn care technicians and landscapers as well as general laborers who want to learn and advance.

Pay starts at $13 to $15 an hour depending on experience. Raises will be given quickly if an employee shows initiative and attention to detail as well as the ability to follow directions. 

Education Advancement

Our employment opportunities offer continuing education to, self-motivated employees. We offer several opportunities to take college classes or receive a certificate in fields related to our industry such as lawn care, horticulture, irrigation, or similar grounds management fields. Customer service and account management positions may also become available for outgoing employees who wish to spend less time in the field. 

Hiring Requirements

  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to pass a background check
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to complete given tasks efficiently by the deadline
  • be able to handle outdoor temperatures
  • lift 80 lbs
